I don't like spicy food, so I don't like going to Korean Cuisine. When asked whether they would like Chinese or Korean food for lunch today, the family chose Korean Cuisine. There was a store near Yokohama East Exit that I hadn't visited before, so I made a reservation and visited. When you think of Korean Cuisine, the first thing that comes to mind is "Ojori." I have experience in several restaurant. I didn't know this, but our brand has 8 restaurant in Kanagawa Prefecture (and 3 restaurant in Tokyo). It is operated by YOSHITUNE Co., Ltd., headquartered in Yokohama. First of all, drinks. Kettle makgeolli 1,900 yen (excluding tax, same below) and corn tea 350 yen. It says that the kettle makgeolli is 4 times the amount of the single item (550 yen). Appetizer (Chinese cabbage kimchi) 200 yen/person is sweet and I like it. The side dishes include Japchae with plenty of vegetables for 790 yen, Chinese chive pancake for 740 yen, and Korean meat soup Gyoza / Dumpling for 590 yen. Among these, Japchae was the best. The flavor was well absorbed. Boiled Gyoza / Dumpling can be eaten grilled or fried. For boiled Gyoza / Dumpling, I would like the skin to be a little more chewy. Makgeolli, which is 4 times the size of a single item, has a lot of volume. Additional accompaniments include tteokbokki from the food stall for 590 yen, three types of namul for 490 yen, and tomato kimchi for 390 yen. Tteokbokki has one chili pepper symbol. At first I thought it would be sweet, but it turned out to be spicy. I suddenly started sweating. The tteokbokki itself was chewy and delicious. Tomato kimchi is tossed with kimchi sauce. It wasn't marinated. I enjoyed it more than I expected. However, the eating environment is cold because the outside air passes through your feet. I guess you could think of it as a food stall style... It's basically a cash-based store.
