ハマボウルの裏にあるGEMSビルの7階にあるお店で駅からは歩いて5分ほど。
店内はインテリアがオシャレな〝大人の焼肉屋さん〟という雰囲気でカウンター、個室、テーブルとあり女子会やデート家族でも利用しやすい雰囲気。
私はお友達と伺いました。テーブル席の窓際だったのですが、窓が大きく外が見えるのでとても開放感があって良かったです。
まず初めにシャンパンのモエで乾杯。
まずお肉は

厚切り盛り合わせ→カイノミステーキ、ランプステーキ、特上厚切りハラミ、特選厚切りタンが！ボリューム満点で目でも楽しむことができます！スタッフの方が焼いてくださり食べ比べをしたのですが、どのお肉も本当に美味しくて感動！
特選ヒレ→ ヒレ肉は、厚いのにとても柔らかくてびっくり！塩コショウでシンプルに食べるとお肉のジューシーさが楽しめてすごく良かったです。
☑︎肉専用ワイン〝カーニヴォ〟
→さすが肉専用と書いてあるだけあって、本当にお肉と合う！甘みがありつつも程よい酸味と後味の良さで、お肉の旨みを引き出してくれるワイン。
☑︎アボカドとトマトのサラダ

→新鮮で大判なサンチュがとっても美味しかったです。
☑︎ウニのせ肉軍艦
→贅沢な見た目だけでなく、口の中に入れた瞬間にとろけるお肉と同時にしっかりとしたウニの味。絶品でした！

☑︎杏仁豆腐
こんなに極上のお肉を頂けるお店は滅多にないのでコスパも良く感じました！〝ぽんが〟さんは換気もしっかりされていたので、焼肉屋さんというと気になる煙や洋服へのニオイうつりも全く心配いらないので、そこも私の中ではポイントが高かったです。人気のお店なので来店時は予約必須です。
