いつも行っているお気に入りのお店。今日は、初めてアラカルトではなく3千円のコースで予約しました。前菜の蕎麦前、おろし、メンマ、板わさ、鰹はとても美味しくさすが蕎麦屋の前菜と感動していました。酒にも良く合う合う。次のさっぱりとした厚揚げ、鴨肉も美味しかった。でもあれ、HPにあった中トロが出てこない。聞いたら、このメニューは古いんですとのこと。出てきたつまみ、日本酒のラインナップ、お店の女の子全て素晴らしいのにこれはちょっと愕然。ちゃんとメンテしないと印象悪くしちゃいます。いい店なのに勿体ない。でも、お店の女の子は、みんな日本酒をしっかり飲んで、説明できる。これはホントにすばらしい現場力です。本部は見習わなくちゃいけない。

いつもリピしてます。何が良いかと振り返ると、日本酒のラインナップ、蕎麦前、つまみが上位に来る。勿論お蕎麦もうまいんですが。
今日はまずハンマーヘッドエールという軽くて香りが良いビールといつものヒューガルデン。ハンマーヘッド、これは度数低め、フルーティーで香りよく、飲みやすくうまい。
蕎麦前、つまみは、青唐辛子の蕎麦味噌、アオリイカの塩辛、レンコンとキクラゲのきんぴら、米澤豚と仙台セリの肉巻き。戻り鰹ニンニク醬油。
もうこれですぐに日本酒行きたくなるツマミさん達
蕎麦味噌はカリッとした蕎麦の実かな、が散りばめられており、香ばしい味噌が絡まり、つまみにぴったり、沖漬けも新鮮なイカに濃厚な旨味、豚バラ巻きは少し味が濃くてしょっぱかったな、
これにも味噌ついてました。
これに合わせて怒涛の日本酒攻勢、天青、出雲富士、雨後の月、花邑、飲みまくりました。いずれも他ではあまり見たことない銘柄、基本、純米で吟醸、大吟醸中心で淡麗辛口フルーティーが多い。
日本酒以外でもサワーも特色あり、今日は山椒モスコミュール。ジンジャーの代わりの山椒がピリッといいアクセント。
〆の蕎麦は、妻が胡桃せいろ、私は野菜天せいろを本日は注文。
胡桃の濃厚なつけ汁は好きな人にはたまらない。
天麩羅は、季節ごとに変わり本日は、エリンギ、シルクスイートさつまいも、カブ、ししとう、ごぼう、歯ごたえ、喉越しの良いお蕎麦ですが、好みだが私はもっと蕎麦粉を感じる10割が好きかな。
忙しいせいか、ツマミ、日本酒をよく知る店員の明るい説明が今回は乏しく、ちょっと寂しかったので得点低下。でも日本酒ラインナップ、つまみとのバランスは最高で飲みすぎちゃった。HPからネット予約できるのもいいですね。
