会社帰りち同僚と、久しぶりに 居酒屋へ。
鶴屋町に新しくオープンしたお店で、個室があるので 個室をお願いしました。(3密 回避の為)
個室へ入ると、テーブルの上に マスクを保管するためのマスクストッカーがおいてありました。食事の時 マスクの置き場所に困る事もあるから 助かります。
同僚は、レモンサワー 私は 緑茶で 乾杯。こうして、ゆっくり話すのは 久しぶりです。
お通しは、なんと ビックリ！毛蟹が 登場。(店長さんの地元で捕れる毛蟹だそうです！)オープンしたばかりなので、大サービス。良いタイミングでした。
珍しいクエなんかも扱っていて、【クエとホッケの刺身】を注文。どちらも、刺身で食べたこと無いし 鮮度が良くないと食べられないからね。
お醤油は、それぞれの刺身に合うように 2種類用意。クエには、九州の甘い醤油・ホッケは 刺身醤油。
クエは、プリっとして 甘い醤油が良く合います。ホッケは、ねっとりとした感じで うまっ！
【旬の鎌倉野菜サラダ】
居酒屋に行っても、サラダは欠かせません。鎌倉野菜のサラダって名前だけで美味しそう。
ドレッシングは、シーザードレッシング。赤や黄色・緑と彩り・食感が良く美味しく頂けます。
【黒毛和牛のたたき】
黒毛和牛のたたきと書いてあったら頼まずにはいられません！良い感じに火が入ったお肉にスライスオニオンをのせて巻いて タレにつけて頂きました。お肉の旨味がギュッとしていて うまっ！
【カニと季節野菜の天ぷら】
カニのメニューも充実しています。ズワイガニのだるま焼きなるメニューが食べたかったけど売り切れだったので天ぷらに！カニって天ぷらにしても美味しいよね。火を通すと、甘みがあってうまっ！
【特上うな重 中入れ】
〆は、楽しみにしていた うな重！！しかも、うっかり 特上なんて頼んじゃった。
時間がかかると思い、少し早めに注文しておいて しゃべりながら待ちました。
しばらく待つと、お待ちかね お重の登場！！
蓋を開けてみると ウナギが3枚ものってる！さすが、特上だわ。ウナギは、フワフワと柔らかくタレが絡んで うまっ！！超 幸せ。
食べ進めると、中からもウナギが登場！！ヤバイ、テンション上がるわぁ～。
これで、当分ウナギはいいかな？（また、食べるけどね）
新鮮な魚やカニ・ウナギなど 色々楽しめるし、個室があるから また利用したいと思います。
