平日の昼に伺いました。場所は、横浜駅きた西口を上り、鶴屋橋を渡り3本目にあるT字路を右に折れた左手。ビルの地下1階のお店です。路面の店構えからすると資本系のイメージがします。
階段を下りて入店すると、和食屋さんらしい白い上っ張りのスタッフから案内いただきました。途中厨房の前を通ると元気で明るいご挨拶。個人店のような印象を受けます。席は奥にある2人用の個室。ありがとうございます。
注文は、ランチメニューから大海老天丼(小蕎麦付きセット)1,500円。天丼単品だと1,350円です。
小鉢、味噌汁、お新香、デザート付きになります。
小蕎麦は温かいものを選択。
10分少しでお膳に乗り提供です。
まず、温蕎麦。ワカメが具。長ネギ薬味は別添え。
いやぁ、この蕎麦汁が旨かった。かつおの力強い出汁が濃く出ています。後を引きます。蕎麦やワカメも水準以上。これは注文して良かった。
味噌汁。汁物2つは少しきつい。こちらも具はワカメ。出汁は柔らかく穏やか。美味しい。でも、完飲はできませんでした。
さて、大海老天丼。確かに大きな海老が鎮座しています。大きさもそうですが、柔らかくふっくらと揚がっているところが良い。その分、他の野菜は控えめ。人参、大葉、長ネギ、生しいたけ、茄子。
ご飯は柔らかめで、汁はややさっぱり系。やはり、大海老に尽きるかもしれません。
小鉢は、小松菜と厚揚げのお浸し。もう少し工夫があれば。
お新香は、野沢菜と大根の味噌漬け？奈良漬を連想させるような。好みは分かれるかもしれません。
デザートはチョコレートムース。冷凍保存だったのか。中心部がアイスクリームのようになっていて、これは美味しい。手作り感があり面白かった。
蕎麦は文句なく美味しかったが、天丼の野菜、あるいは魚介系のタネが寂しい。海老の質の好さを分かってのことだが。
接客は、前述のとおり落ち着いた雰囲気の中、格式張らずに良かった。
