Food This year's spring seasonal menu features two dishes: porridge and Ramen
This spring's limited menu includes two dishes: Hiroshima Oyster and aosa nori rice porridge (1,595 yen including tax) and sakura shrimp and seasonal vegetable tanmen (1,760 yen including tax). Topped with a generous amount of Hiroshima Oyster packed with flavor, and garnished with fresh aosa nori seaweed that has a subtle Seafood aroma. This tanmen is made with chicken broth that has been simmered for a long time, and is topped with crunchy seasonal vegetables for an accent of texture.
