二度目の訪問です。
一度目は4年前？くらいでおいしさで感動した記憶がなかったのですが、今回たまたま行ったらおいしい記憶に変わりました。
点心セットやディナーセットもありますが今回はアラカルトを注文
どれも一工夫が見られてよかったです
・大根パイ
大根のつまが入っている。今まで食べたことない感じ。つまに味がしみてて美味しかった。
・海老と野菜の春巻き
生姜が入っていてさっぱり食べれる。
・小籠包
普通
・海老とアスパラマヨ
海老がすっごく大きい！アスパラの歯応えもよい。ナッツがいいアクセントに。
・海老チャーハン
生姜が効いてて食べやすい。お米はあまりパラパラじゃない。海老は小さいが中にもゴロゴロ入ってる。
・フォームティー‼️
構成は紅茶、シロップ、ムースフォームです。季節のフォームティーはいちごだった。中にもドロっといちごジャムのようなものが入ってるので、しっかり混ぜること。ほんのり甘みがあって爽やかで新感覚な紅茶がとっても美味しかった。
