横浜のランチタイムは、腹ペコだったので、焼肉を食べることに。
前々から気になっていたお店へGO！
今回のお店 ◎焼肉の和民 横浜店
エレベーターで某ビルの4階まで、フロアに直行。
ランチタイムピークを過ぎており、すぐに、2人用座席に通されました。
卓上には、コンロが埋め込まれております。注文は、タッチパネル方式。
冷水は、少し離れたコーナーにセルフサービス。
◆ハラミ&ロース120g ランチ 1188円
カウンター上のタブレットで注文。
しばらくして、レーンに、スーッと、目の前に御膳が到着。こういう趣向は、楽しいものですね(^^)
メイン、ごはん、スープ、サラダ、キムチという内容。
メインの皿には、タレのかかったハラミとロース、エリンギ、ピーマン。
さあ、焼いて食べましょう。ガスコンロの火力が、意外と強いので、弱くしました。
ハラミは、独特の歯応えが、身上。ロースは、脂分少なめ、肉の旨みがあります。どちらも、卓上にある定番の焼肉タレをつけていただきます。多少ドロリとした甘めの味が、肉の旨みを引き立てます。
ご飯は、炊きあがりは、まあまあ。おかわり一回自由なのも
ありがたい。
スープとサラダも普通に美味い。
試しに、カルビ専用タレに、ロースをつけて食べてみましたが、これは、残念ながら、合いませんでした。
おかわりご飯を頼むと、レーンで、スピーディーに到着。
キムチを乗せて、美味しくいただきました。
サラダ、スープも普通に美味しかった。
今回は、広々スペースで、パッパと食べられて良かったです。どうも、ごちそうさま。
