行列はなし
予約したけど、なしでも入れた。
ここにしたのは今月期限の某グルメポイントを
昼から消費できる数少ない店だから。
案内された席は2人席カウンター。
作りは焼肉ライクみたい。
こちらは定食だけでなく食べ放題が常設。
炙りカルビ&うま味噌シマチョウランチ968円税込
を注文。
注文してから3分せずにトッキュウレーンて到着。
とても早い。
定食は、ごはんおかわり自由。
他のチェーンと違い、ふっくらしてうまい。
ふりかけはなく、2つのタレと岩塩のみ。
タレは甘めなので、ふりかけ代わりなら塩しかない。
焼き網は何度か交換したがどれも平らでなく
中央が盛り上がる感じ。
カルビは、焼いていると脂はあるが少なく、
食べてみてもパサッとした食感だった。
シマチョウはメニューにある通りに焼くとうまい。
皮面をしっかり焼いてから返す。
「焼き過ぎ未満の焦がし具合」がベスト
とのこと。
で、この店のビルの隣にチケットショップがあり
この焼肉和民で使える500円券を200円で売っていた。
株主優待券1人1日1回1枚のみでランチ不可とのこと。
1人300円引きは大きいのではないか。
チケットショップは19:30まで営業。
入店前に見てもいいのでは。
