通りがかりに寄ってみることに。金目鯛らぁ麺￥900をいただきました。
金目鯛らぁ麺は生臭いなどは全くなくて、良い香りでした。麺はストレートの細麺、チャーシューは極薄、ネギ細切り、玉ねぎ細切れ、メンマが入っていて、スープだけ飲むとやや塩見が強いかなと感じたものの全体とのバランスはいいなという感想です。量が少なめと感じる方がいらっしゃるかもですが、自分には丁度良くかっです。印象に残ったのは器の形、レンゲが底に落ちないようになってて、食べる側を考えての工夫かなと思いました（レンゲを置く度に倒れて濡れてしまうとかがしばしばあってがっかりすることがありますがそれがない）。で、魚介系で満足した経験があまりない自分ですが、これはなかなか美味しいと思います、ご馳走様でした。
お店は最寄り駅から数分以内の建物1階にありました。カウンターのみ8席程の小綺麗な店内だったかと。スタッフさんも親切です。
完全禁煙。
事後調べでは2021年2月オープンみたい。株式会社INGSの運営なのでしょうか? 同名店が2店舗のほか、らぁ麺はやし田、煮干中華そば鈴蘭、らぁ麺くろ渦などの飲食店だけでなく多数の業態があるみたいな。当時食べログ 3.57。間違いがありましたらご容赦下さい。
