場所は横浜駅西口より歩いて数分の所あります。
この店の前に「たまがった」と「大勝軒」が並んでいます。
土曜日の午後だったので先客７名程度でまだ席は空いていました。
券売機で味玉金目鯛らぁ麺を買って着席。
厨房の中は３人でらぁ麺を作っている様です。
しばらくして金目鯛らぁ麺が出てきました。
やや小ぶりの真白いどんぶりに、味玉、穂先メンマ、刻みネギ、刻んだ赤玉ねぎ、
チャーシューがのっています。
スープの出汁は魚介だしの様ですが、透明なスープを一口飲んでみると
いい味が出ています。
麺は細麺より少し太めのストレート麺です。
麺の量は普通の大人が食べる量としては少ない気がします。
券売機にも替え玉ボタンが目立つ所にあるし、カウンター席に座っていても
替え玉を注文できる様になっているので、替え玉ありが普通なのかもしれません。
ここは「らぁ麺はやし田」と同じ資本系列のお店の様ですから、
味もやや似ている感じがしてきます。
