こちらのお店ずっと気になっていたのですが、場所が苦手でなかなか行けず。連休前の夜、意を決して伺ってみました。
店内はだいたい7割くらいの席が埋まっていました。入店後様子を見てみると、満席にはならないものの退店したら入店があるというような、ちょうどいい感じの回転でした。
注文したのは金目鯛らぁめん。
チャーシュー追加で。
ちょっと時間はかかりますが、出てきたそれは少し濁りのあるスープに細麺、メンマ、玉ねぎ、チャーシュー、そして魚のほぐし身。
見るからに美味しそう。
まずはスープをいただくと、意外にパンチのある濃いめの味。脂のコクもあってやみつきになる。
そんなスープと一緒に麺と具を一気に食べてしまいました。
チャーシューはスープによってさらに加熱されたものとそうでないものを楽しめました。
私は加熱したほうが好き。
時々出てくるほぐし身で魚を感じながら、とても美味しくいただきました。
最後に飲んだスープはやっぱりぼんやりしていたので、最初にまずスープを味わってほしいと思います。
