「白焼き」の皮がパリパリサクサクでめちゃくちゃ美味しい！！！！！
祝日月曜日の11時に行きました。
予約せずに行ったので、最初は「予約で満席です」と断られましたが、そのあと「45分のみの利用で良ければすぐに案内できます」と言われたので、「大丈夫です」と即答して入りました。
臨機応変に対応してくれた店員さんに感謝感激雨あられです！
「蒲焼き一本重」を注文しました。
この店は名古屋に本店があるので、メニューの中に、名古屋名物の「ひつまぶし」もあります。
皮がパリパリサクサクで美味しい！！！
「蒲焼き一本重」も勿論美味しいのですが、「白焼き」は、皮が更にパリパリサクサクでめちゃくちゃ美味しいいいいいいいいいい！！！！！！！！！
「白焼き」は塩・生姜・ワサビ・醤油などを付けて食べますが、お勧めは「塩」です！
塩を付けて食べると、鰻そのものの味が際立ちます。
「土用丑の日」が近い＆祝日のため、今日は予約で満席でした。

食べログで事前に予約をして、日曜日の11時に行きました。
最初は、土用丑の日(7月30日)に行こうと思いましたが、土用丑の日は予約が出来ず先着順だったので、それなら少し日にちをずらして食べに行こうと変更しました。
今日も予約で満席で、予約をしていないお客さんは外で待っていました。
待ちたくない人は事前予約必須です！
「白焼き一本定」を注文しました。
この店の鰻はパリパリ食感でめちゃくちゃ美味しいです。
塩を付けて食べるのをお勧めします！
