さわ田が目指すのは毎日食べられる「安心できる」らぁ麺
食材にこだわり365日食べたいと思えるような愛される「らぁ麺」を届けたいという気持ちをこめて毎日営業しています |
ライブで横浜駅につき、腹ごしらえということでずっと気になっていたさわ田へ訪問。
カウンターに案内され、ラーメンを待つ。
注文は特製の醤油。
見た目は某はやし田系統を感じつつ、食べるとやはりそっち系。
綺麗な味わいで、スープも澄んだ味からどんどん味わいが混ざり濃度感が増していくのもまさに、はやし田のそれを感じた。
もちろん美味しい！
ただ、ここで食べるならはやし田の方が美味しいなと思ってしまうのが残念だったと思ってしまった。
他の店舗がチラついてしまった…。
味はめっちゃ綺麗で美味しいです！
一度食べてみて後悔することはないです、美味しいので！
