休日の昼に家の者と伺いました。場所は、横浜西口SCモアーズ横浜8階レストランフロアの一角。以前沖縄料理の店舗だったところに、昨年新規開店。
中華圏の屋台風の店舗設えで、上部は間仕切りのない店舗。
今日は横浜みなとみらいホールで神奈川フィルの演奏会。指揮は音楽監督の沼尻竜典氏。神尾真由子氏によるベートーヴェンと、サン＝サーンスの交響曲第3番オルガン付き。ベートーヴェンは尖った演奏が多い昨今、ウィーンと関係性の強いこの曲を、優雅で気品のあるものとして聴かせてくれた。交響曲は、オルガンとオケの息がぴったりで聴きごたえ十分。かなフィルは相変わらず好調で嬉しい。
その前に腹ごしらえ。
レセプションで人数を告げます。左手が厨房と丸テーブル。右手が2人掛けテーブルがずらりと。1人利用の場合はテーブルになります。
2人掛けテーブルに着くもメニューもお冷やも……。
家の者がテーブル下にメニューを発見。するとスタッフがやって来て、小籠包は皮から作るので時間が掛かりますと。
ランチメニューは？
「週末」はランチメニューは提供していませんと。
そうなんだ、と言いつつ単品メニューを探します。
鶏ラーメン1,100円×2を注文です。
注文後、スタッフから、ザーサイ食べ放題が付けられますがと。お断りしましたが、どうやら330円らしい。
無料かと思った。スゴくセンスの良いアイデアですね。
ところで、スタッフの言った「週末」って何曜日を言うんだろう。
私の認識は、金曜日と土曜日。
一週間の始まりは日曜日だから週末ではない。
百歩譲って（慣用的な使われ方もあるので）、金曜日・土曜日・日曜日が週末だろう。
金曜日もランチメニューはないのかな？
分からず仕舞いです。
閑話休題。
提供までは6分程。大きい丼だが、見た目は少し寂しい。
そうだ、卓上の陶器グラスが寂しがっていたな…。
堪らんと、お冷やかお茶をください！
何事もなかったように…。お冷やを。
気を取り直していただきましょう。
スープは自然な感じではないが、よく調製されています。それ程塩みは強くなく美味しい。
鶏ハムは柔らかく食感が良い。
煮玉子は何の工夫もなく残念。
そして麺。これは今ひとつ。細麺ではあるが、中華圏で供される素朴でパツっとしたものではない。ヤワヤワですぐに伸びてきます。
これで1,100円……。
小籠包メインで、麺類はあくまでもサブ的位置づけなのでしょう。
