横浜駅徒歩5分、モアーズ横浜8階にはいる「横濱小籠包マニア」にお邪魔してきました。何を隠そうこちら、ミシュランビブグルマン2019掲載店舗監修のこだわりの小籠包専門店。本場の現役点心師がオーダーが入るごとに皮を伸ばしてイチから作る極薄皮で肉汁溢れるアッツアツの手作り小籠包は必食ですよ。
名物の小籠包は「プレーン（4個600円）」をチョイスしてみました。小ぶりですが、スープのたっぷり詰まった絶品小籠包！6個にすれば良かったと若干の後悔。「海老ニラ蒸し餃子（4個/680円）」も繊細な仕上がり。こんなに美しい海老ニラ餃子をいただいたのは初めてです。
「よだれ鶏（1100円）」もしっかり辛くて「甕出し紹興酒10年（g/620円）」が進みますね。〆にはちまきと悩んで「海老炒飯（1100円）」を。100点満点のビジュアルに今夜も楽しい夜なのでした。ごちそうさま！
