こちら、百名店巡り、平日の夜お伺いしたところ、満席で1名待ちでしたが、運よく10分程度の待ちで入店することができました。中に入ると席は、カウンターのみ12のようで、予約は受け付けていない野毛で人気の焼鳥店です。
こちらでは「かしら」「ねぎ肉」「ロース」「皮」「砂肝」「つくね」「しいたけ肉」「うずら卵」「キャベツ」と、瓶ビールとホッピーを頼んでおります。単品注文しかないようで、タンやレバー等、売り切れのものも多かったです。
その次々と登場する焼鳥ですが、どれもクオリティ高め。中でも特に絶妙な味付けのかしら、同じく味付けの良いロース、そして、とろけるような食感の皮、このへんが美味しかったです。刻んであるネギの食感が良いつくねも間違えのないお味でした！さらに、これだけ頂いて、お会計は、3,100円、とんでもないコスパです！
このお店のデメリットとしては、この日の外気温、運よく低めだったのですが、気温が高い日は、恐らく店内とても暑そう。。。あと、換気はそれほどよくないようで、体がとても焼鳥の臭いになります！笑。以上が許容できれば、大変おすすめのお店です。総評は、味3.7に、コスパで+0.1して、3.8としました。ごちそうさまでした！
