ビストロボンノさんの姉妹店ということで知り、牛すじネギ焼きに惹かれて予約してきました。
1階は、カウンター6席と2つのテーブル席。2階もあるようです。
わたしたちはカウンターで、単品を選んでいただきました。
●生ビール（黒ラベル） 748円
最初は、ビールで乾杯！どっしりしたジョッキはお店のロゴ入り。
お通しはたけのこの土佐煮でした。
●徳島県和田島産ちりめんじゃことワカメのサラダ（ハーフ） 748円
ワカメがやわらか。ドレッシングがいい味です。
●アオリイカ 1078円
厚い身のアオリイカ。しょうゆベースのタレをつけて。絶妙な焼き加減でおいしい。
●牛すじネギ焼き 1210円
味付けがしてあり、ふんわり。
●いちばん出汁だし巻き卵 858円
だし巻き卵も目の前で焼き上げてくれました。仕上がりはふわふわ。出汁がしっかりきいて絶品です。
●そば飯 990円
最後はそば飯。牛すじが入ってます。
●黒烏龍茶 550円
鉄板焼きといえば高級ステーキですが、肉を選ばなかったので安価で楽しめました。
いい客ではないのかもしれませんが、カウンターからはニコニコと話しかけてくれ、気持ちよく食事ができました。
ごちそうさまでした。
