テレビで見て気になっていたたん右衛門さんに横浜在住の大学の同期と初訪問。
おまかせコースを注文。
まずは先付でキャベツときゅうり。シンプルに塩だけでいただきます。（写真なし）
新鮮で味がしっかりしていて美味しい。
焼き物は肉巻きナスと豚バラから。
ジューシーで美味しいです。油のうま味を感じます。
次は牛たん。厚切りです。
一口食べてびっくりです。いやー美味しい。火の入り方も良くて、嚙むたびに美味しいがあふれ出てくる感じです。
間違いなく、今まで食べた牛たんの中でベストだと思います。
その後は椎茸と合鴨つくねが出てコースおしまいといわれたのですが、腹に余裕があったためおすすめを聞いたところ、レバー、鶏もも、にんにく、ホルモンあたりですかね。どれにしますか？と聞かれた瞬間友達と二人で全部を注文。
待ってる間に忘れられていた牛さがりが到着。
これまた柔らかくて肉の味がしっかり。
その後追加の4品が到着。どれも納得の美味しさです。
締めはテール雑炊。意外とさっぱりしています。高菜の辛さとマッチします。
流石に老舗。いずれもはずれがなく美味しいです。
牛たんは流石のおいしさで、数年ぶりに会った友達との会話も弾みました。
今度来るときは牛たんおかわりして馬刺しも食べたいななんと思いながら店を出ました。
