仕事関係の方と一緒にお邪魔しました。20年ぐらい通っているお店で焼鳥ってこんなに美味しいんだ！と思わせてくれたお店で有難いことに私のスペシャルメニューがあるぐらいです(笑)2～3年振りに訪問したので以前と店内の座席ぐ変わっていましたが、ダウンライトでシックな雰囲気は変わらず隠れ家感あります。
かしわ、せせり、はつ、玉葱、アスパラ、合鴨&ネギ、ちょうちん他を注文。大将が焼きに戻ったこともあり、レア感あるもの、しっかり焼かれた物もあり緩急を付けた焼きは見事でちょうちんの卵は正にそうでした。かしわやせせりはタレで頂きましたがタレが甘くなく鶏肉のジューシーさも合わさって愚痴の中に旨味が広がります。
今回は手羽先、つくね、かわを食べずに終わりましたが思い入れあるお店で久々に食べて飲み、仕事関係の方が大変喜んでくれて良い時間を過ごせました。
