Business hours vary depending on the day of the week, so please check the website. I used it at a New Year's party. I thought it would be a private room, but it was an open seat with other customers around. Domestic Beef Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) Course 8 items in total, tax included: 5,000 yen [Simmered winter turnips and tofu fried chicken with chin stock] [Kumamoto specialty! Lean horse sashimi with Kyushu sweet soy sauce] [Mentaiko salad with tuna and various wood roe] [Kanburi with sesame miso dressing] [Domestic beef giblet Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) with your choice of soup] [Hakata local chicken and winter vegetables Yogan-yaki (roasted on a hot stone)] [Kagoshima Kurobuta pork Gyoza / Dumpling-style minced cutlet ~ Hakata Niwaka sauce ~] [Thin Ramen to finish after the hot pot] The first four dishes are already ready at the table in a large bowl. The cold yellowtail and horse sashimi marinated in seasoned sauce are fresh and delicious! Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) was delicious with lots of ingredients, but I think the quantity was a bit small. Of all the courses, Yogan-yaki (roasted on a hot stone) is honestly my favorite! I wish I had ordered it separately. Although I was able to fully enjoy the course, I thought that the alcohol was a lot of effort. Especially shochu! In addition to barley and sweet potato shochu, they also have flavored shochu and awamori, and there is a wide variety of them, so you can pour what you like and drink it yourself rather than ordering from the staff. You can choose the division and proportion as you like. However, I think you can only enjoy this style with all-you-can-drink options, so be careful.
