今日の仕事は桜木町
ここのところ個人的サンマーメンブーム
せっかくの横浜桜木町
お昼はサンマーメンしかないっ
と言うことで
わざわざ混んでる時間を外して降り立つ
小雨まじりのお天気
学校帰りの子供たちをかき分け
傘もささずにお目当てのお店に向かう
迷わず着いたがなんと準備中
遅かったかー
気を取り直して次の候補の萬里さんへ
こちらは営業ちう お二階へ通される
もちろん注文はサンマーメン一択
半チャーハンもいきたかったが
ハーフサイズはないらしい
10分くらい？でサンマーメン登場
色白で具沢山のサンマーメン
野菜とお肉が細切りで旨そう
さっそくいただきます
タンメンのあんかけタイプな感じ
塩味に野菜と肉の旨み
広東麺的な醤油ベース？が好みなのだが
これはこれでええ感じである
麺は極細麺
他店でも見たけど横浜ではスタンダードなのか
個人的にはスープがからみやすいし
食べやすくて好み
スープ以外完食
醤油系スープだと良かったなーと思いながら
お冷を飲んで再度スープをすする
旨みがしっかり感じられて
実はけっこう美味かったことに気づく
お会計は一階で現金払い
さすが横浜のソウルフード
ごちそうさまでした！
