超久しぶりに横浜駅に来ました
令和初です⬅どんだけ
チェックしていたお店から検索
蕎麦にしました
(割愛)到着
昔ながらの蕎麦屋、な暖簾とかありますが
店前にデジタルな予約機械ありました
ポチポチして発券して登録したらメールでお知らせ、的なシステム
でもタイミング良くすぐ店内入れました

『きざみ鴨せいろそば』
にしました
追加で『たまごかけごはん』
しばらく待って到着
蕎麦がまとまり過ぎで箸で取りづらいかなぁ
啜りと香味は良いですな
つけ汁の風味良く鴨が食べやすいサイズで味わえます
ワサビは味薄めでイマイチでした
お米はモチっとしてます
オレンジ色の黄身
専用汁って響きが良いですな、失敗しない(笑)
甘めなあじわい
混ぜないって難しいな笑笑
全体的に言うと普通にたまごかけごはんです
横浜駅から近くかというと、ちょっと違う。まっすぐ来れなくて遠め。
