This is Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) where you can enjoy Grilled skewer cooked with Kishu Binchotan charcoal. It is located a 4-minute walk from the west exit of Yokohama Station. Cross Hiranuma Bridge, go down the alley on the left side of Parnade Street, and turn right at the next corner after passing the traffic light. First, we toast with grapefruit sour. First, they show you Grilled skewer on a table like a sieve, so you can choose the skewers you want to eat and order. While we were waiting, a Caesar salad with Prosciutto was brought to us. We had plenty of lettuce and other Prosciutto with prosciutto. The skewers were lotus root wrapped, liver, shishito peppers, peaches, lettuce wrapped, and cherry tomatoes. All of them were moderately salty, and we started by mixing them with Taketsuru Highball. We had the Camembert fries with ketchup. We had green tea shochu Ten no Biryoku on the rocks, and finally a dessert plate. I thought there would be sweet dishes on the menu, but there was Chocolate cake, roll cake, and diced fruit used as a sauce, so it was quite filling. All the rooms in the restaurant are private, so you can enjoy your time without worrying about others. You can choose your favorite skewers from the menu, but when they are presented right in front of you, you get excited.
