朝鮮料理の連続訪問をしていたものですから、今度は地理繫がりで中国東北料理にも行ってみることになりました。
当店は中国東北料理の名店「青香延」です。
横浜のちょっと怪しいゾーンである福富町の老舗で、聞くところによれば深夜まで通夜営業している便利なお店だそうです。
私はお酒をいただきながら、いかにも大陸風の料理をいただきましたが、特に面白かったのが「羊肉串」です。鉄串の焼きものですが、羊肉が薄く串に刺されていて食感はかなり柔らかいです。マトン独特の臭みも殆ど感じません。これを独特の香辛料に付けていただきます。
5本から注文しましたがこれが進む進む。10本くらいは軽くいけます。
塩味と辛いで交互に食べれば、大げさに言わなくても20本までは楽しめますね。

そしてお値段も手ごろです。確か1本100円と記憶しております。
なるほど。仲間と深夜に来てガッツり食事するのに便利だという触れ込みは分かりますね～。
しかも店員さんは親切です。
今回は日本人でも馴染める味にしてくれているようですが、お願いすれば大陸風の本場の味付けにもできるようです。
チャイナタウンではたまに見る中国東北料理ですから、最初にこんな良い店に行っちゃうと後が怖いなぁ。
