結婚記念日のお祝いディナーで伺いました。
時期的にクリスマスのディナーコースしかなかったのですが、フレンチなのにお箸の用意もあり、
親しみを感じつつ、お料理を頂くことができました。
個人的には、魚料理で使われていたポルチーニのソースが一口食べた時からトリコになるくらいに本当に美味しくて、
余った分はパンに付けて、最後まで楽しみながら頂きました。
フォアグラもステーキと濃厚ソースと相まって、
最高に美味しかったです。
メニュー以外にワインやシャンパンがあるのなら、ワインリストも見せて頂きたかったですね。
あとは、カウンター席だったので、
料理の進行状況をホールスタッフが厨房に伝える際に、レジ側からだと、私たちお客様に丸聞こえなので、
カウンター席のお客様に限り、お化粧室のある通路側から伝えて頂けると有り難いです。
進行状況が聞こえてしまうと、早く食べないといけない気がして…、急かされている感じがしてしまいました。
最後、総料理長が挨拶に出てくるグループと出て来ないグループがあり、
私たちは出てきて頂けなかったので、
次回は直接感想を伝えられたらいいなと思います。
また通常期に伺いたいです。
