金曜深夜に訪問です。
夜遅くに横浜に到着した我々、朝の5時迄営業しているという素晴らしいこちらのお店にやって参りました。明るい店内で屋外の若干のいかがわしさとは全く無縁のお店であります。
それぞれの宅に備え付けられた鉄板の端にはタコ焼き用制作用の装置が備え付けられておりまして、お好み焼き、たこ焼き、それから各種鉄板焼きが網羅されて楽しめるようになっております。
メニューを見ますとたこ焼き、お好み焼きはもちろんとん平焼きですら作り方のレシピが掲載されておりまして、ここはあくまでセルフで調理していただくのが楽しいお店であります。ここまで客に作らせるお店は珍しいですが、自分たちはこちらの方が絶対に楽しいと思いますね～。
たこ焼きを協力して作ったり、どぎまぎしながらお好み焼きをひっくり返したり、ベーコンを威勢よく焼いたり、焼き加減を見ながら焼く位置を変えてみたり、めっちゃ楽しく過ごすことが出来るお店です。
お味の方は、それはセルフで自分で作るわけだから、自分たちのスキルなりのものになりますが、これがまた良いじゃないですか！
