熟成が進んだ引き締まった身は、唸るほど美味しいー( ´;ω;` )
こちらは０℃を維持する恒温高湿冷蔵庫でフグにストレスを与えて、アミノ酸などの旨味成分を引き出しているそう。

骨の周りの身が絶品。
･焼きフグ
こちらはポン酢･もろみ醤油･つけ三昧(和醤･塩にんにく･甘辛味噌)から味を選ぶ事ができ、店員さんのオススメでつけ三昧をチョイス。
ちょっと邪道なんじゃ…？なんて思いもありましたが、店員さんいわく『ずっとポン酢じゃ飽きますから…』だそうで(笑)
結果的にはこの味変のおかげで、最後までコースを美味しく堪能できたのかも。
