漸く福富町にもそれらしいものができました。
ご近所のコマやみどりも刺し身はあるものの、ちょっと違う。
こんな風に魚を選んで、丸ごと一匹下ろしてもらってお刺身からメウンタンまでやってもらうのがあちら風、バンチャンがしこたま出てくるのが本式です。
チャガルチや新東亜、ノリャンジンを思い出します。
実はちょっとバンチャンは足りないかもですけれど、それなりの雰囲気が楽しめました。
因みにメウンタン（〆のアラナベ）を辛くしてと言ったら、メチャクチャ辛かったのでご注意、
あとから頼んだチャンポン麺の辛さが分かりませんでした笑。
