平日昼下がりにお邪魔しました。
次のアポまで小一時ほとあったので、ゆっくり温かいお茶を頂くことにしました。
目抜き通りに面したビルの1階にたたずむコチラのお店へ。
メニューを流して見ていくと、ロイヤルミルクティー発見。これにしましょう。
カウンター席から作業をながめると、計量カップてしっかり計って行って、鍋で牛乳に茶葉を入れて煮出す本格派。
これが本家ロイヤルミルクティー表面の薄膜がその証。
ひとくち頂くとミルクにつつまれた紅茶の香りの奥深さがたまりません。
カップを揺らして再び香りを楽しんでまたひとくち。
なんか気持ちが浄化しますね。
この時はちょうど20周年だったようで写真のようなご案内を頂きましたよ。これからも良い空間と時間を提供くださいね。
