テイクアウトが良かったので、晩飯に店内初利用。
6/2(火)19時の集客は7割程。
鶏めしが美味い。握りたての温かくて暖かみのある鶏肉とゴボウ入りおにぎり。 ツヤツヤした米にタレが染みてて美味い。米好きの気持ちを掴むビジュアル。
からあげは、肉厚で衣は重くなくて柔らかくて食べやすくて美味しい。
飲み屋の矜持か定食には米が付いてない。メニュー下の欄に米単品あり安堵する。定食にある本日の魚は、真鰯の天婦羅。米は鶏そぼろご飯を。
副菜の肉厚プリプリ新鮮で美味い鰤に酒が進む。
メインディッシュの真鰯の天婦羅は、脂が甘くて実は海の旨味凝縮。塩と生姜で楽しんだら温かいてんつゆで最後の一口を楽しむ。美味い。
居酒屋の〆が大好きな私は鶏そぼろごはんの見た目と味に嬉しくなる。盛りが綺麗でふわふわな卵の甘みが美味い。米がやや硬く炊き具合絶妙。
最後に食べログクーポンのデザートの、冷え具合絶妙で香りの良い美味しい紅茶のアイスを貰えて嬉しかった。揚げ物と米で満腹になった腹を癒してくれる。

・チェイサーが綺麗に磨かれた大きめのグラスで、氷入りで貰えて帰り際二杯目も促してくれてとても嬉しかった。
・店員さん優しく、距離感も良く居心地が良い。
・トイレ環境は清潔だし、小が有り、ウォッシュレット付きな点はかなりプラス評価。洗面台にハンドソープが無いのが一気に夢から覚めた気持ちになった。これがコロナ明け一週間目の現実か。
