お店の前を通るたびに佇まい、看板から
常連さんが多そう…飛び込みにくい…と先延ばししておりました。

長芋のたまり漬け。
○大根と春菊のサラダ ハーフ
ハーフサイズでもしっかり山盛り。
お野菜の品目ら多く春菊がクセになる。
ちりめんじゃこもたっぷりアクセント。
・特大牡蠣の天ぷら 2ヶ
◎如水名物 水炊き
水炊きは1人前からの注文が可能です！
骨付きもも肉、つくね、椎茸、にんじん、
お豆腐、長ネギ、しめじ、白菜。
ポン酢、柚子胡椒、お塩などありますが
そのままで優しくあったまるお鍋。ほっこり。
おつまみ的にも1人前から頼めるのが何より嬉しい！
◎お刺身盛り合わせ
メバチマグロ、真鯛、りゅうきゅう(大分料理)。
りゅうきゅう、大分県の郷土料理で
お醤油、胡麻などの漬けでした。
これがいい塩梅でお酒もお米も欲しくなる。

どんな感じかなぁと思ったらクリームチーズと
細切りの昆布が混ぜられていました。
これがとーーっても美味しい！
おうちで絶対真似しようと思いました。
◎大分名物 とり天
外カリ、中ふわの美味しいとりてん！
声をかけると日本酒の黒板メニューを見せてくれました。
この日は、若波、いづみ橋、失念…の3種。
飲み比べできて楽しかったなぁ。
ジャズがBGMで綺麗な店内、おしゃれです。
カウンターは1人幅がしっかりあるので飛び込みやすい、
明るく綺麗なのでデートにも良さそう。
卓上調味料はお塩、柚子胡椒、ゆず唐がらし、
お醤油が2種類。ノーマルと九州の甘いお醤油。
