先日、素敵な場所でアフタヌーンティーをして参りました
まるで異国のような佇まい 都会の喧騒を離れ、桜木町まで足を伸ばしてみました。
このところ週末は遠出をすることが多く、素敵な場所でリフレッシュすることにハマっています 。
今回は桜木町より徒歩7分専用バスで3分の伊勢山ヒルズへ。
まるでヨーロッパのような佇まい。リストランテマンジャーレです。
天井が高く、シャンデリアのデザインも素敵大人数も収容可能のダイニングテーブル、
もちろんデートや女子会仕様のお席もあります。
こんなにたくさんの紅茶の種類もあり、変更も自由なので好きなフレーバーを楽しむことができます
シルバーのカトラリーも素敵。お箸まで用意されているのです
まずは温かいお野菜たっぷりのポタージュ。
そして3段式のワゴンが運ばれてきました
かわいいイチゴのスイーツ、そしてサンドイッチ等のしょっぱいものも
どれも可愛いのに、しっとり、サクサク、香ばしく…と、美味しく様々な食感も楽しめ、
1口ずつが驚きの連続
甘いものだけでなく、しょっぱいものも交互にいただくとまた新鮮です
素敵な休日となりました

桜木町駅からほど近い伊勢山ヒルズのレストラン・マンジャーレで
『桜といちごの和風アフタヌーンティー』と
『桜といちごのモンブランパフェwithハーゲンダッツ』
を贅沢に堪能しました。
会場は桜木町から坂を登った伊勢山ヒルズにあるマンジャーレ。
美しい建物。
そしてお天気も良くて本当に素敵でした。
メニューも桜ピンクで可愛い～～～。テンションUP
ウェルカムドリンクも桜が。
絶対カワイイアフタヌーンティーと思い、我ながらラブリーなコーデで伺いました。
こちらのアフタヌーンティーは毎回趣向を凝らしているのです。
今回は桜！！旬のイチゴ、抹茶を使ったスイーツ。
『桜といちごのモンブランパフェwithハーゲンダッツ』ふんわりと桜が香る餡といちごを組み合わせたクリーミーな“桜のモンブラン”を中心に、
今が旬の春いちごをたっぷりと使用し、和の要素を取り入れた贅沢なお花見パフェ。トップには抹茶のマカロンや三色のミニ串団子、
恋愛運が上がるといわれる4月の満月である“ピンクムーン”をイメージしたいちごの飴を飾り、華やかに仕上げました。
パフェの中心には、濃厚な旨みと渋み、抹茶の風味を感じられるハーゲンダッツアイスクリーム『グリーンティー』を使用。
下層には桜のジュレ、甘酒で仕上げた優しい甘味のパンナコッタ、桜といちごのソース、高級砂糖である「和三盆」を使ったクリームを使用し
和菓子のような上品な味わいに仕上げています。

淡い苺のモンブラン、苺大福、さくら最中、マカロンなどなど～和洋折衷に仕上がったカワイイスイーツばかり。
そして春野菜を使ったキッシュ、てまり鮨。
甘いタレのアナゴが乗ってお花見らしい1品。
ドリンクは老舗紅茶ブランドのマリアージュ・フレールのモノも。
その他コーヒーや昆布茶まで幅広いラインナップ。
充分撮影したので、ではいただきます。
金粉ではなく、金箔がキラキラしてます。
材料を惜しみなく使っているので美味しい。
抹茶のほろ苦さ、香りもしっかり。
さすが細部までこだわるパフェ！3色団子も。
横から見ても層になってて可愛い。
求肥の柔らかさ、あんこといちご、まさに苺大福。
パリパリの最中もピンクで。
可愛くて可愛くて食べながら何枚写真に収めたか。
白い小花も可愛い。
どれも美しく、そして美味しい。
いつの間にか、お客様でほぼ満席！
平日なのに…人気なのも納得です。
店内はお子様連れのママ、そしてオシャレで素敵なマダム達でいっぱいでした。
