目の前でモンブランを絞ってもらえる、
"生しぼりモンブランのご褒美パフェ"。
運ばられてきたパフェにテーブルで
モンブランを絞る演出が楽しい
今回のパフェ。
絞りたてのモンブランクリームは
なめらかな口あたり。
クリームでおおわれたのは恒例の
ハーゲンダッツバニラアイス。
さらに生クリームが重なることで
スイーツの沼の底へ。
いちじく、ぶどう、洋梨のコンポート、
栗の甘露煮など秋食材もたっぷり。
カシスとラズベリーソースを
下から掘りだすと酸味のアクセントに
なります。
