何だろう? この居心地の良さ♪
こちらのOrange Conceptさん、以前はランチ営業してなかったと記憶してるんですが、最近何気なく食べログ検索してみたら、土日はランチやってるようですね~♪
ということで訪問。
１階はカウンター席のみですが、どうやら２階にはテーブル席もあるようです。１階の雰囲気もカジュアルでシンプルながらオサレ感もあり、サービス担当者のお姉様の常にスマイルな接客もポイント高いな(^^)v 当日の客層も静かだったし、こんな感じなら昼から軽く飲むには最適♪
さて、注文したのは、ランチセット１６００円。シェフの気まぐれオードブル風サラダ、魚料理又は肉料理（訪問日の肉料理はプラス２００円でした）、パン、ドリンク（グラスワインにするとプラス２００円でした）といった内容。対するアルコールは、上述のランチワインを白で１杯と、レ・タンヌ・オクシタン メルロー５５０円を１杯。
シェフの気まぐれオードブルサラダ
幸水梨と小柱のサラダと米茄子のマリネ。幸水梨と小柱は軽快なクリームソースで和えてあり、ブラックペッパーもアクセントになっています。梨とブラックペッパーって、意外と合いますね。米茄子のマリネの方は、シンプルに茄子の旨々さ加減を堪能出来ます。さらにグリーンサラダも一緒に盛られてますが、野菜がフレッシュなのが際だってますね。特にトマトが瑞々しいし。
肉料理
まるみ豚と自家製サルシッチャのシュークルート。シュークルートは随分と久々に頂きますね～。シュークルートさん、お久しぶりです！←だから一々言わなくていいっつーの（笑） この１品、肉たっぷりでもザワークラウトがあっさりしてるし酸もあるので、重さを感じさせないんですよね。まるみ豚はとろりとしていて深味があり、対してサルシッチャはライトに豚さんの旨さが良く出てます。

２０２２年３月再訪。
注文したのは、ランチメニューから本日のお肉料理（丹波地鶏のソテー ねぎ塩ガーリックソテー）１６００円にプラス２００円。シェフの気まぐれサラダ、メイン、パン、ドリンクといった内容。対する飲み物は、ランチワイン１杯目２００円、２杯目６６０円、ホットコーヒー２５０円。
シェフの気まぐれサラダ
シーザーサラダ風な１品。野菜はフレッシュで、プチトマトも瑞々しい。ハムや玉子のぽってりしたニュアンスはグラスワインに丁度イイですね。
メイン
鶏さんは皮目をパリっと焼いて肉のジューシーさも迫って来る火入れ加減。ソースはあっさりとしているので、肉の良さがストレートに伝わって来ます。ガルニチュールの菜の花のソテーも春らしくてグッド♪
