In contrast to the west exit, which serves as the main entrance, the east exit of Yokohama Station is called the "ura-yoko" area, and is a quiet area except for offices. Since I work at the East Exit, I always have a hard time finding a restaurant for lunch, but this time I decided to try this restaurant whose name says ``Ura-yoko.'' "Yakiniku bowl / 1,050 yen" Daily menu is sold out around 13:00! Instead, I ordered the classic Yakiniku (Grilled meat) bowl. I was asked if I wanted a large serving of rice, but I asked for regular rice. The bowl that arrived had 6 large pieces of grilled skirt steak with bean sprouts in the middle. Accompaniments include bean sprouts namul, simmered Simmered dish, mini salad, and seaweed soup. It's decent at this price. What's outstanding is the meat, which is grilled to a rare degree. The meat is big, thick, soft, and easy to chew, and the seasoning is light, so the more you chew, the more you can enjoy the natural flavor of the meat. The rice is cooked to a firm consistency, and even a regular portion is enough. I've tried many restaurants in Tokyo that serve similar rice bowls, but most of them have been disappointing. This was the first time in a while that I got it right. The garnishes are pretty standard, but there are many kinds and the garnishes are excellent. It functioned properly as a chopstick rest. The interior of the store has a simple design that creates an unpretentious and popular atmosphere. I feel that the customer service is inadequate, but that doesn't mean it's bad, and basic things like greeting and serving food are done properly. It's nice to come here at night.
