ランチでフレンチのlemidiさんにお伺いしました。事前にウェブ予約をし、予約時間よりも20分ほど早く着いてしまいましたが、親切にご案内して頂きました。２階にはテーブル席が４つ、とてもきれいでオシャレな店内です。なお、満席です。
今日は、
■シェフ渾身のWメインコース（¥4950）
・前菜7種の盛り合わせ ・本日の鮮魚料理 ・シェフ渾身のお肉料理 ・本日のデセール ・自家製パン ・お飲み物
■スパークリングワイン（¥660）
■白ワイン（¥660）
まずは飲み物を注文します。ランチアルコールドリンクの中からスパークリングワインを注文。食後のランチドリンクには黒烏龍茶をお願いしました。お昼から頂くスパークリングワインは美味しいですね。
程なくして前菜７種盛が到着。鮮やかなビジュアルです。きのこのスープは素材の味が全面に出ていました。茄子のソースがかけられた鶏肉も美味しい。キッシュも絶品。バランスの良い７種盛でした。サラダにかけられているドレッシングも美味しい。
次は魚料理。今日は「熊本産 真鯛のポワレ 菜の花ソースがけ）でした。そろそろ菜の花の季節ですね。菜の花は子供の頃から大好きです。今日の料理に菜の花は結構大きめで満足です。それにソースも美味しかった。添えられている茄子の煮込みの味付けもバッチリです。このタイミングで、白ワインを注文。
最後に肉料理です。今日はランチフルコースにしたので、魚と肉が両方です。選ぶ必要がない幸せ。今日の肉料理は「豪州産牛サーロインのグリエ デミグラスソース」でした。たっぷりのデミグラスソースにやわらかい肉が浸かっていて贅沢です。端にある脂身も激ウマでした。ここで特筆すべきは人参です。ただの付け合わせにはもったいない、しっかりと味付けされたとても美味しいニンジンでした。
最後にデザートにクラシックガトーショコラ。美味しいです。ただ、私はスイーツの知識がゼロなので、美味しいかったことしか分かりませんでした。同じタイミングで提供される黒烏龍茶は、濃いめで美味しかった。
全体的に大満足でした。
店員さんも本当に親切で丁寧です。
次も楽しみにしています。
