Remidi @lemidi_planet is a very nice restaurant with a homely menu and atmosphere that feels like French home cooking. The cheese platter happened to have some expensive blue cheese, and it goes well with the dried fruits. ◆Order -selection to the chef! Assorted hors d'oeuvres ・Aged fromage ・Lemidi's cassoulet 2019 ・Omelette with rich truffle sauce containing the finest foie gras ・Cassata Cassoulet is Local Cuisine made by stewing white kidney beans from Tarbes, France, with aromatic vegetables and pork feet. It came out piping hot, and the green beans were soft and delicious♪ The foie gras omelet is a luxurious dish with the finest foie gras wrapped in an omelet and finished with a rich truffle sauce. The eggs are creamy and the foie gras is plump and soft. It melted in the mouth and was the best✨ The store's specialty is the foie gras. ≪Satisfaction rate: 93%≫ The ``Superior Foie Gras'', which has been served over 13,000 times, is so popular that even people who don't like it even ask for a second helping.
