知り合いの方がおすすめのイタリアンがあるとのことで、ご紹介いただいたお店です。
場所は野毛動物公園沿い、大通りを挟んでこちら側は結構家庭的ながらも本格的なお店が多いですよね。。。
こちらもこじんまりとした家庭的な雰囲気ですが、料理の方はなかなか本格的です。
カリフラワーのムースにキャビア
まずは泡で乾杯とともにキャビアが登場。最初からキャビアの塩味でお酒が進んでしまいます(笑)
前菜の盛り合わせ
印象的だったのがイサキのカルパッチョ、フォアグラのパティ、鱈の衣あえ、サンマのカルパッチョ等々・・・。どれも王道的な料理ながら、だからこそわかる確かな味わい！！
甘鯛の鱗焼き、アサリのソースで
このアサリのソースが優しい味で、こちらの家庭的な雰囲気にマッチします。
生うにと手長海老のパスタ
手長海老はなかなかの大きさ＾＾食べやすいように手を施されており好印象です。
赤牛の炭火焼き、トリュフを乗せて
炭火焼きとのことだが、炭火感はやや弱め・・・。
でもトリュフの香りがそれを補ってくれます。。。
どの料理も当たり障りのないものばかりだが、だからこそ丁寧な技術を感じるコース。。。
お酒も沢山弾んでしまいました(笑)
