横浜桜木町駅近くの野毛に串揚げ屋のチェーン店がオープンいたしました。このあたり串揚げ屋は何軒かはあるんですが、こじんまりとしたお店で一見さんにはどうも入りづらい雰囲気です。そんな中にこちらのお店のオープンです。こちらのチェーン店、ワタクシメは新宿歌舞伎町にある串かつ でんがな 新宿歌舞伎町店さんに一度お伺いしていますんで様子は知っているつもりです。
ただチェーン店とはいえ決してお値段がお安いとは思えません。何しろ、生中一杯@480円。向かいのだんまや水産 桜木町店さんが生中@290円ですからねぇ。そして串揚げは@120円から、おまかせ3本セットや5本セットなどというものもありますが、それほどのお得感はありません。サク飲みにぴったりというところでしょうか（まあ串揚げ居酒屋で腰を落ち着けてというのも肴が単調なんで長時間は辛いものがありますけどね）。
それでもこちらのお店も串揚げ屋さん定番のソース2度漬け禁止となっていまして、それなりの雰囲気は醸し出しています。ソースの２度付禁止とは言いましても、もしソースが足らなかったらサービスで出てまいりますキャベツですくっていただくということは可能です。今回はトリビーに串揚げを適当に注文してみました。
串揚げは素材がいいとは決して言えないものでした（悪くはないんですが、素材の旨みが非常に乏しいような気がいたしました）。まあ串揚げ屋さんは素材に力を入れるよりはどちらかといいますとソースが命、でしたがこちらのソースはまあチェーン店にありがちな中庸なお味です。悪くはないんですが今ひとつ串揚げというB級素材にはパンチが足らないというところかな。
それでもチェーン店ならではの店員さんの威勢の良さと注文の仕方が明確になっているということで利用しやすいお店であると思います。まあワタクシメ的には串揚げのお店でしたら横浜市営地下鉄でひとつお隣の高島町駅近くになりますが二度と来るよさんがオススメかな。でも結構な人気店でして入れないこともしばしばです。まあそんなところですがごちそうさまでした。
