立ち飲みのお肉とワインがメインのお店で、今回『レバしゃぶ』という聞き慣れない料理があるということで、行ってきましたー
新鮮な『牛レバー』『牛ハツ』『上ミノ』の3種盛りを
オイルにしゃぶしゃぶして食べるんですが、美味い‼️
レバーは全く臭みも無く、自分好みにしゃぶしゃぶして自家製味噌をつけて食べます✨
ハツも程よい食感が最高！上ミノは炙ってでてくるので、塩か自家製味噌またはそのままでもOK
これはお酒がススム君やねー
