横浜・平沼橋『Magnolia』
マグノリアはモクレンの英語名。
週替りのパスタが1000円で提供されているので訪問してみた。
パスタは週替りでオイル系、トマト系、クリーム系の3種類から選べる。
選べるパスタ、前菜3種、ドリンクで1000円はコスパがよい。
この日は以下が選べるパスタ。
・オイル系 アサリとアスパラガス
・トマト系 豚バラ肉とキャベツ
・クリーム系 ヤリイカとパプリカ
私はトマト系、お連れはクリーム系を注文。
大盛りサービスがあるのでお願いした。
私はアイスコーヒー、お連れはアイスティーを頼んだ。
前菜はプチトマトのハニーマリネ、イワシのつみれ揚げ、ミートローフの3品。
プチトマトのハニーマリネは、はちみつ、酢にプチトマトを漬け込んで、
自然な甘さでとても手が込んでいて、美味しい。
さて、メインのパスタ。
トマトソースにはタバスコが付いてくる。粉チーズは無い。
パスタは通常100ｇだが、大盛りは150ｇだろうか。結構なボリューム。
豚バラ、キャベツが入って、酸味のあるトマトソースがたっぷりで美味しい。
何度も言うが、かなりボリュームがあって、上品にパスタを巻き巻きと言う感じではなく、
がっつり男飯的なパスタの量で、男性でも満足できるボリューム。
クリームソースはさらっとしたソースであまり濃厚ではない。
食後にアイスコーヒーが提供。
細めのグラスで苦みのある濃いめのアイスコーヒー。
宝箱のような箱にシロップやミルクが入っていて、シャレオツ。
ごちそうさまでした。
前菜、大盛りパスタ、ドリンク付きでコスパがよく、また訪問したい。
ランチは現金のみ。
