牛頬煮込み、天城産鹿タタキ、仔羊グリル、ジィーロ前菜盛合せ、魚介アヒージョ、オマール海老パスタ、天城産猪グリル、仏産フォアグラリゾット、
やはり大人数で来ると色々、摘めて楽しいですね、濃厚ソースなホロホロ牛ホホ、鹿タタキは柔く柴漬けを刻んだ和風ソースが鹿の癖と合います、
猪グリルはロースとモモ山葵ソースに付け頂きます、ロースは脂の甘みが有り柔く美味いソース無しのが良いかな、モモは山葵ソースとの相性抜群、仔羊グリルも癖なく柔美味、魚介アヒージョは蝦、牡蠣、帆立、蛸、そしての濃厚魚介オイル之をパゲットに付け最高であります。〆は＋400円でバターライス投入でリゾットに、フォアグラリゾットはフォンの味ビッシリな其処でのフォアグラを混ぜ混ぜ最高贅沢リゾット
〆オマール海老パスタも美味し、ジビエ好きには最高な御店、横浜ジビエな御店少ないですからね本当に、まあコスパも含めればオステリアアウストロコスパのが内容共に可也上かなとは思った、有難う
