野毛本通りの真ん中あたりの立地。
店頭の火鍋メニュー圧が強くて
入店に躊躇っていたお店に
野毛飲み一軒目、昼飲みで初訪。
当日1人でもOKな1時間〜の飲み放題があるとのことで
お伺いしたのだが
飲み放題はランチ終了後からとのこと。。。あぼーん。
気を取り直してキリンと腸詰めの葱和えで乾杯！
葱は花椒油がゴリゴリに効いててベロが麻痺するレベル。
初期段階で以降の料理の味がわからなくなると思い
控えめにチビチビ飲るオジさん。
ハーブが効いた甘めな腸詰めがうめえ〜。
餃子は珍しい自家製の塩ダレで食べるスタイル。
野菜の水分も逃さず包んだという
みずみずしい餡に肉汁がブシュッと弾けるタイプ。
しかもこの塩ダレブーストが最高に旨い！
牡蠣の塩山椒炒めもしっかりシビが効いてて◎
カリッと薄衣で揚げた牡蠣自体もBPが効いてておいぴ。
〆の麺は5色から選ぶ担々麺。
黄色のカレー味も気になったが
みがきゴマとほうれん草のスープが気になり緑をチョイス。
4種のハーブ使用とのことで
ほうれん草の香りと様々なハーブの香りがマッチしてナイススメル。
スープはクリーミーなポタージュ系。
粘度は無くサラリとしていて辛味がしっかり。
ONされたクルトンの食感も良くてレンゲが止まらない仕様。
麺はツルツルとした中細麺。
カタメコールで食感は良いがスープとの絡みが
もう少し馴染むと美味しいかと。
ちなみに全席喫煙可能だし
ランチはコスパの良いメニューもたくさんあったので
再訪確定。
