■Pumpkin caramel made by contract farmers ¥1,600 [Limited time only] Composition: Miura's special pumpkin, caramel sauce, homemade condensed milk, pumpkin seeds, roasted green tea panna cotta. Ice arrived in about 15 to 20 minutes after ordering. The gentle flavor of the pumpkin ingredients was utilized, and the caramel wasn't too strong so it didn't interfere with the flavor, so I was able to thoroughly enjoy the pumpkin. ■Plum and apricot (almond sauce) ¥1,700 [Limited time] Composition: Plum sauce, apricot jam (Niigata Daimi), fresh plum (plum from Shonan), amaretti (traditional Italian sweets). It's also nice to be able to choose the sauce. It felt too sour to me, but thanks to the almond sauce I managed to make it (lol) When I confirmed my reservation via Instagram DM the day before, I received a reply saying that there had been a cancellation in the morning of the day. What a perfect timing! and jubilation. I was so happy because it's a place I don't often get to visit. *Reservations should be made around 12:30 on weekdays. Payment method: PayPay.
