なかなか機会がなかったが、やっと行ってみる。現地到着17:30で、この時は先客ゼロ。カウンター中央へ。この日おすすめのハラミ(¥330)、メガネ(¥308)、カイノミ(¥385)と、まずは食べてもらいたいという牛タン5種盛り(¥1,408)に、丸ごと生レモンサワー(大 ¥658)をオーダー。若い男女3人体制のスタッフ。客はその後入ってくるが、私と同じような男子おひとり様や、カップルも。ロースターに火を入れてもらい、肉を待つ。
レモンサワーはすぐに配膳。牛タンはすぐに配膳。早速焼いてみる。5種とは、トロタン、タン元、タン先、タン下、それに牛タンつくね。それぞれ歯応えが違って楽しい。つくねは、肉肉しいハンバーグのようでいける。おすすめの3種も好みの赤身で脂加減も良くて美味い。スタッフに好みを相談して薦めてもらったシンシン(¥319)と肩三角(¥319)を追加したが、どちらも美味しかった。
1人焼肉って、自分が一番好きな焼き加減で食べられるのがいい。注文が一枚づつなのも飽きなくて楽しい。ご馳走様でした。
