お店は、全体的に木目調の懐かしく温かい雰囲気で

5品から選べるお通しで
まずは相模豚の豚ポンからスタートしました。
というのもこだわってとりよせているという
相模豚をまずは食べてみたかったので。
予想していたよりもはるかにやわらかく
ポン酢ダレが美味しい！！
ハイボールがグイグイすすみます。
旬の味覚のメニューから
ゴーヤと焼豚三枚肉のさっぱりサラダ風
と
アスパラの豚肉巻きチョイス。
お野菜も鎌倉野菜をお取り寄せしている拘りぶりです。
ゴーヤのシャキシャキ感のサラダは
ゴーヤチャンプルーとはまったく違った素材を感じさせます。
好物のアスパラは、これまた拘りの豚肉で巻かれ
シャキシャキ。

タレというか味付けが
香りもいいし美味しさが際立ってました。
どの調味料を使ったらこう作れるのかと
友達と探って、シェフにまで聞いてしまうほどでした。
本当に美味しいです。
〆はシンプルに
きつねうどんをお願いしました。
関西風出汁で、優しい出汁がこれまた美味しんです。
ネギと油揚げでシンプルですが、
ネギたっぷり、
うどんの麺がモチモチしっかりしていて
私好みでした。
