I've been to this restaurant several times for drinks at night. I hadn't posted a review because I was always too drunk (-_-;), so I decided to visit again during lunch time. ``Chilled Kujo green onion kitsune udon/700 yen'' ``Negitoro bowl/Mini/300 yen'' It's nice to have a cheap price these days. The udon is served on a large, flat plate, typical of high-end restaurants such as Tsurutontan. In addition to Kujo's green onions, there's also chopped fried chicken on the menu since it's a fox. Negitoro is served in a small and cute bowl. The color of the paste is beautiful. The udon noodles are Kansai-style and delicious with a salty soup stock. The cold, firm udon noodles are firm and chewy and delicious. Negitoro is also good with just the right amount of fat. The rice was perfectly cooked and above all, the total balance was superb. I was aware of the quality of the food since I came here for drinks, but I think it was above the standard. The customer service is noticeable, but the price range is low so it's okay.
