野毛では珍しいスタイリッシュで雰囲気ある焼鳥店です。7本串焼きコースで予約しました。お通しの大根おろしを最初に提供され擦りおろされた生姜が効いて食感があるハツから始まりました。砂肝、うずら卵を出されバケットの上に乗ったレバーペーストが登場。このレバーペーストが滑らかで美味しいですね。
軟骨が入った肉々しいつくねの後に冷製の茶碗蒸しが素晴らしくトマトやオクラが入ってさっぱりしていて良い口直しにぬりました。フワフワのレバー、ジューシーなつなぎ、丁寧に焼かれた手羽先が出てきてコースが終わったので、いかだ(長ネギ)、せせり、醤油漬けされたきんかん、かわを頼み最後はキーマカレーを注文。
キーマカレーはスパイシーだけどコクもあり病み付きになります。鶏スープがしっかり味があって一緒に良い締めです。最後にアメリカンチェリーを頂いて店を出る時は店主自ら挨拶をしてくれました。このご時世でスタッフが5.6人も居るのは立派ですね。
