When I went to Sakuragicho in Yokohama for some business, I went to eat at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). The store I used this time was "Sandaime Torimero Sakuragicho Noge store". The location is good, 2 minutes walk from the station. It seems like it hasn't been long since it opened, and the exterior of the store was beautiful. This is a Watami affiliated restaurant, and they are said to be focusing on yakitori and Grilled skewer. So this time I decided to order a variety of things, mainly yakitori. The first appetizer that came out was ``Umami Salted Kelp Cabbage''. This dish is simple, but the flavor of the kelp and the texture of the cabbage are exquisite, and the taste leaves a lasting impression. Next, we received ``Japanese chicken thigh tataki'', ``charcoal-grilled yakitori with plump sauce and green onion skewers'', and ``liver skewers''. The peach tataki has a chewy texture and is quite satisfying to eat. The volume is also sufficient. This restaurant puts a lot of effort into charcoal-grilled yakitori, and the sauce tasted very good. I was also impressed by the fact that the sauce contains maple leaves and combs, and is rich in collagen. The taste of the chicken is also good, and considering the price range of 150 yen to 170 yen per piece, I think it is a high-quality yakitori. I ordered various other things, but overall my impression was that it was a cheap and delicious Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). I can recommend it as a regular Izakaya (Japanese-style bar).
